20. Do You Have To Do It All To Have It All?
Our all-or-nothing thinking and perfectionism often lead us to think we must do everything perfectly in order to ‘have it all’, but this can be a form of self-sabotage. This perfectionism stems from fear of failure and need for external validation, fueling procrastination, avoidance, and an inability to focus on what truly matters to us.

19. What Will This Make Possible
Achieving our goals often hinges on shifting our mindset from fear and doubt to belief and persistence. By clarifying our goals, understanding our deep reasons behind them, and taking small, consistent actions, we can bridge the gap between intention and execution. Acting in the interest of our Future Self, maintaining motivation through these compelling reasons, and removing mental roadblocks are essential to our long-term success.

18. You Can Do Hard Things
Success requires embracing difficulty, pushing past self-imposed limitations, and surrounding ourselves with people who uplift us rather than join us in complaining. Limiting beliefs—about ourselves, others, or the world—shape our reality, often leading to self-sabotage, while abundance-focused thinking fosters creativity, resilience, and problem-solving.

17. Decide To Decide
Sometimes our decision-making is impacted by our fear of making the wrong choice, which leads to indecision and drains our energy. Taking ownership of choices and acting on them is essential for progress, as clarity comes from experience, not from excessive overthinking. By shifting our mindset, recognizing that any choice can be adjusted, and embracing action over hesitation, we can take control of our decisions and create the life we want.
